CBDT extends due dates for e-filing of varied Revenue Tax varieties

The applying for registration or intimation or approval beneath Sections 10(23C), 12A, 35(1)(ii)/(iia)/(iii) or 80G of the Act in Kind No 10A required to be filed on or earlier than June 30, 2021, and prolonged to August 31, could now be filed on or earlier than March 31, 2022.


Additional, the applying for registration or approval beneath Sections 10(23C), 12A or 80G of the Act in Kind No 10AB, for which the final date for submitting falls on or earlier than February 28, 2022, could also be filed on or earlier than March 31, 2022, it stated.
