Oil prices fell $2 a barrel on Wednesday, as investors worried about record high crude inventories and feared that a second wave of the coronavirus pandemic could stall the reopening of global economies and cut fuel demand. In a fresh set of guidelines, the insurance regulator has asked general and health insurers to offer two products specifically for covid-19 by July 15. One will be an indemnity-based product (Covid-19 standard health policy) and the other one will be benefit based product (Covid-19 standard benefit-based policy). Markets regulator Sebi on Tuesday restrained 20 entities from accessing securities market for conducting fraudulent trading in the scrip of Pyramid Saimira Theatre, thereby violating market norms.
